Aruba Surf Resort, Broadbeach

This stay was incredibly disappointing. The first room we were given was in terrible condition with cleanliness issues and a bad smell, which led to us needing to request a different room. Even then, the next room had a broken bed spring that caused injuries. I paid a significant amount for this accommodation and feel let down. Their offer of a credit is hardly satisfactory after such an ordeal.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and close to shopping and dining. However, the room condition was disappointing, showing signs of wear and not being as fresh as I hoped. The level of service was not ideal either, with some issues in communication and assistance. While the facilities have potential, maintenance is needed to enhance the overall experience.

My stay at the resort was far from enjoyable. The room was in a dreadful state, with cleanliness being a major issue as I found mould and dirt everywhere. The pool area also left much to be desired, looking greasy and unkempt. The staff, aside from one lovely lady, did not provide the service I hoped for. Overall, I felt frustrated and regretted choosing this place.

I had a wonderful stay at this resort spa. The management team were incredibly welcoming and turned an initial hiccup with my booking into a positive experience. The apartment was spotless and well-equipped, which was a nice surprise. The location was perfect for enjoying the local beach and pool facilities, though I did have some minor issues with communication upon arrival.

I had a mixed experience at Aruba Surf Resort. On one hand, the location is great, very close to the beach and eateries. However, my overall experience was marred by the issues we faced, particularly with the room condition and the management. While the apartment was reasonably priced, the service and cleanliness left much to be desired.
